Huge plaudits to my dear (and long suffering) wife Fay who agreed to a short trip to Mull to partake of the temporarily reopened Isle of Mull Railway. We travelled on Monday 25th April 2011, which was almost certainly the last day of operation, as the assets are being sold, the current landowner not being prepared to renew the lease. A grand trip - there will be references to Balamory, the alternative name for Tobermory in the captioning. Still more ferry opperchancities to be had, so we will be back....
