A week in Dornoch allowed us to partake of the Cromarty Ferry from Cromarty to Nigg. Cromarty Rose has now been replaced and I'm even more pleased we had a run! The new Cromarty Queen carries four cars (although a turntable is still required) and up to 47 passengers.

A sailing boat had come loose from its moorings hence the large number of shots taken as the ferry attempts to rescue it as she returns prior to our spin. Apparently this was the second time this had happened.
